Majestic Palms Orlando Hotel

Although some of the stuff where very impolite, I had a really good stay.

The bathroom was dirty.

Had really enjoyable stay at a better hotel and the weather was pleasant. This venue was located in a central area very close to center as well as Sand lake.

I enjoyed to be here, everything was excellent. The staff were all exceptional, accommodating. Overall really really nice stay on universal area.

I loved it. My 1 night in Orlando were really nice.

Liked my very good stay on universal area. I was met by decent and efficient staff at the lobby. The shuttle to parks was a great perk and breakfast was included.

Location is perfect and consistently courteous staff made my stay excellent. Impressive & brand-new unit with ample space and water bottles. The best thing is location - short walk to Universal Studios and restaurants and Universal Studios and the interstate towards tampa for Busch Gardens. A 10-minute walk will take you to Wawa, where you can eat...

Relaxing hotel, everything is fairly clean, its staff and location are good.

The staff is welcoming, the breakfast plentiful, the ocation is unbeatable adjacent to 5 min by car from the Universal parks, the restaurants and the Universal parks.

Beautiful hotel located in a great area close enough to International Drive, the restaurant, Universal Studios.

Great value for money and close to where I needed to be. I loved everything, it was very clean. Everyone were eager to help, very engaging staff. Restaurant was very clean and the food was good.

Staff were very hard working, the location was brilliant, the bed was lovely. Lots of AFFORDABLE food, we appreciated it. Their service was top-notch too. Not to mention good wifi! Convenient access to the nice beach located near the venue.

Exceptionally professional staff, decent service, ordinary and ordinary rooms. Loved terrace, microwave and flat-screen TV in the room. Worth every penny views all around. Fine location, within walking distance of an outdoor mini-golf course.

Location is surprisingly quiet, property is spotlessly clean and breakfast is generous. The place where you can order dinner an easy walk to the hotel is Giordano's.

I had a very positive time, great value for money. The location was handy and the view was romantic, the service was exemplary. My well-equipped room had WiFi, coffee and terrace. The breakfast was very tasty - lots of food, including bacon, muffins, eggs, sausages and fresh fruit. Quick check-in too.

Rooms were retro and awesome with extra comfy beds, breakfast was TASTY. Ideal location to universal studios.

Staff were excellent lot of time. Large bedrooms and excellent pool. The in-house restaurant was terrific, they served awesome food. Business location, at a moderate distance from titanic the artifact exhibition museum. Simple check-in and friendly customer service.

As for me, the area was very disappointing.

Very adequate breakfast, such huge and great comfy room, accommodating staff. Big suite and very comfy bed. It was across the fairly quiet area. Early check-in, late check-out. Also, I found free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Original, clean enough hotel, fair value. Breakfast was good enough - lots of food and hot drinks. Very tranquil location very close to convention center with hot breakfast included. Good experience there.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was very poor.

We liked our well-planned rooms, plus the staff was very attentive. And it also had very lovely view. Different meals at hotel. The smooth check-in process too.

Worth its 3 stars. Room was great value. We liked good breakfast.
